Shuly Nadar is a famous Indian fitness model, aerobics athlete and television personality. She has gained immense popularity in recent years with her incredible fitness journey and is a well-respected figure in the fitness industry. Shuri Nadar was born in Tamil Nadu and later moved to Mumbai, where she grew up. She completed her schooling at St. Jude’s High School in Malad West, Mumbai. After completing her schooling, she attended Vivek Public School and Junior College in Goregaon (West), Mumbai.
Shuli continued her studies and pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies at the University of Mumbai from 2017 to 2020. It is worth mentioning that she performed well in her first semester examinations and ranked first in her class.

Shuly Nadar comes from a Christian family in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, South India. Her mother’s name is Mallika Nadar and her brother’s name is Yeshudas Nadar.

Shuri shared her painful experience with an abusive boyfriend and the labels she faced during her MTV tour auditions because of her dark skin. She admitted that she fell in love with a boy six years older than her when she was 14 or 15. As a child, the two of them often played in the neighborhood. Her boyfriend would make compliments about her skin color.
One day, Shuli’s boyfriend’s friend came to her and told her that Shuli’s boyfriend was beaten by his parents and that he wanted to meet her somewhere later that evening. Shuli, who comes from a traditional South Indian family, tricked her parents into thinking that she was going to a classmate’s house to pick up her homework and ran away from home that night. Afterwards, Shuli and her friend arrived at the place where her boyfriend had asked them to go. Surprisingly, there were no shops or residences nearby; the area was deserted. Another man watched them and told Shuli that no one would marry her because of her dark complexion and that her boyfriend was trying to harass her there. These words broke Shuli’s heart and she ran away.
Profession
Shuly Nadar started working as a school teacher at Vivek Vidyalaya & Junior College in Goregaon (West) in 2022. However, she quit her teaching job within 7 months to prepare for aerobics competition.
In January 2023, she participated in the popular aerobics event Barberian and won second place in the Guns & Roses category. This was a great achievement for her and enhanced her status as a fitness athlete.
Later that year, in 2023, Shuli joined the popular Indian reality show MTV Roadies Season 19 as a contestant. During the audition, she was assigned to the team of gang leader Rhea Chakraborty. This was a huge opportunity for Shuli as it allowed her to showcase her fitness skills and talent to a larger audience.

The Indian reality series MTV Roadies is currently in its 19th season and is produced by Banijay Asia. Sonu Sood is the host of the show, which premiered on MTV India on June 3, 2023 and is available for digital streaming on JioCinema. The show also heralds the return of gang leader Prince Narula, along with the appearance of new gang leaders Gautam Gulati and Rhea Chakraborty. Former Roadie Shiv Thakare appeared as a guest gang leader in one episode.
