“Mzansi Magic can confirm that there was no food poisoning on the set of Shaka iLembe. The make-up artist was only on set for a day and a half. On the second day, she said she felt weak and had flu-like symptoms.
“She was then taken to see a doctor and her next of kin were contacted. Sadly, her condition worsened and she passed away three days later at home. We would like to extend our deepest condolences to her family and friends at this difficult time.”
