“In the past few years, I have struggled with depression and anxiety. I guess I was looking for guidance, a way to get through the tough times. Fitness has changed my life. With therapy, church, and family around me, a lot of work has to come from you. There are two paths, either you go down or you go up.”

“Many men struggle and end up taking their own lives. I want to share what healed me with other men, helping them overcome their difficulties.”
