Rahul Kumar Garg, manager of the Rajasthan State Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation (RSLDC), and Ashok Sangwan, coordinator, were targeted by three teams of the Anti-Corruption Bureau in Jaipur and Jodhpur. The bureau detained the two when they accepted a bribe of Rs 5 lakh.
