Pooja Sharma's Biography
Today, Pooja Sharma is a charming face on television, known for her stunning beauty and admirable voice. The 27-year-old model-turned-actress has always had a passion for acting and is best known for her role as the ‘Black Princess’ in Star Plus’ popular mythological TV series Mahabharata.
During college, she was selected for a talk show on Indian Television and eventually auditioned to land a hosting position on ZoomTV. After hosting, she turned to modeling and became one of the top ten contestants of Femina Miss India in 2006. The Delhi native made her film debut in the Star Plus TV series Teri Meri Love Stories opposite Karan Kundra.
But it was only after she played the lead role in the film Dark Princess that her career reached its peak. She eventually gained well-deserved fame and won the Star Parivaar Award in 2014.
