Helen Ann Richardson Khan, better known by her stage name Helen, was an Indian actress and dancer. She appeared in over 1,000 Indian films and was a prolific actress. She was known for her supporting roles and cameos during her 70-year career.

Sushila and her children adopted Helen after a period of discontent. Helen joined the Khan family and played an important role in keeping the family together (along with Khan and his first wife Salma).
Helen is close to her stepchildren and is almost always seen in public with Salma Khan Salim's first wife. She has a daughter, Arpita Khan, with her second husband Salim Khan. Helen is a devout Christian.
