Elisabet Avramidou Granlund, better known by her stage name Elli AvrRam, is a Swedish-Greek actress who grew up in Tyresö Kommun, Stockholm, and currently lives in Mumbai, India. She is best known for her role in the Hindi film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon. In 2013, AvrRam's popularity soared after she appeared on the Indian reality show Bigg Boss.

At the age of 17, Elly joined the Pardesi dance group in Stockholm and began dancing to Bollywood songs. Ivram has appeared in several Swedish films, most notably the December 2008 crime romance film Förbjuden Frukt, in which she played the teenage girlfriend of the protagonist, Selen. The film is set against the backdrop of violent crime, and she falls in love with a boy with a criminal record. Ivram participated in the Miss Greece 2010 beauty pageant. She also participated in the Swedish television show Gomorron Sverige.
In September 2012, AvrRam travelled to Mumbai on a tourist visa to pursue a career in Bollywood. Saurabh Varma is the writer and director of the 2013 Indian comedy thriller film Mickey Virus. The film stars Manish Paul Elli Avram Manish Choudhary Puja Gupta and Varun Badola in key roles. The plot of the film revolves around Mickey, a part-time hacker who helps his beloved woman Kamayani to reverse an online transaction by hacking into her company's website.
Unfortunately, he accidentally commits a $15 million robbery. Ellie finally got her big break when she landed the lead role in Saurabh Varma's comedy thriller, Mickey Virus. AvrRam recalls that the photographer who took her picture knew a director who was looking for a leading lady. She called him and came to his studio to audition for his film. She says that when she auditioned for Mickey Virus, Ellie asked the director to email her the script so she could memorize the lines since she didn't know Hindi yet.
She was given four pages of lines but no one could teach her how to pronounce them. Although they appreciated her performance during the audition, they did not like her accent. She was chosen from 200 candidates and outperformed the others. When AvrRam told the filmmakers that her mother had worked with Ingmar Bergman, he reacted violently saying “What!” Have they worked together before? They were surprised beyond belief. AvrRam took professional training in dance techniques and Hindi pronunciation to prepare for her Bollywood debut. She plays Kamayani George’s love interest in this film, Mickey Virus. The film was shot in Delhi and released on October 25, 2013.
