Romeo suffers from police brutality while in jail. After being treated unfairly, he vows revenge and after his release, he seeks the help of Mumbai underworld don Vijay Bhaichara (Govind Namdeo) to assassinate Masti Bhai. Anjali (Seema), a conflict specialist, speaks for the law. Anjali (Seema Biswas), a legal conflict specialist, works to apprehend the killer. Romeo also becomes more and more involved in Mumbai's underworld. He forms a gang with Shalu and Vijay Bhaichara. Romeo assassinates wealthy businessman Naresh Jindal without telling Vijay, and the two have a falling out.
An enraged Vijay turns into Romeo's arch enemy. He joins forces with Officer Anjali and kills Romeo in a fight. One by one, Romeo's cronies and friends are assassinated.
