Anuj Rawat Biography
Anuj Rawat was born on October 17, 1999, in the village of Ramnagar in Uttarakhand. Anuj’s father enrolled him in a cricket academy not far from home and he went to Rooppur (another village in Uttarakhand) for training. When he was 10 years old, his cricket coach began to recognize his potential. In order to fully support Anuj’s cricket needs, he suggested his parents to move to Delhi permanently. After moving to Delhi, he enrolled in Raj Kumar Sharma College in Paschim Vihar, West Delhi.
He represents Delhi domestically and Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League. Anuj Rawat plays as a wicketkeeper and left-hander in the team. Anuj Rawat made his first-class debut on 6 October 2017 in the 2017-18 Ranji Trophy in Delhi.
