Former all-match captain Angelo Davis Mathew is a professional cricketer from Sri Lanka. Although Mathews has represented Sri Lanka in all three formats, he has played Test cricket for Sri Lanka.

In September 2005, Matthews made his debut for the Sri Lanka Under-23 national team in an A-League match against New Zealand A at the Police Park Stadium in Colombo. He captained the Sri Lankan cricket team at the 2006 Sri Lanka U-19 Cricket World Cup. He then made his first-class debut for the Colombo Cricket Club in November 2006.
