She then created an Instagram account under her real name Twinkle Chourasia and gained fame and established herself in the industry. She participated in the Noida (UP) Enhanced NPC series 2023 in April 2023 and was eliminated after entering the top 6. She participated in the Aman Classic Bodybuilding Championship before applying for MTV Roadies. In 2023, she made her debut in the television industry through the youth hit TV show called MTV Roadies Season 19. She participated in the competition and was selected as a contestant.

Roadies Karm Ya Kaand is the nineteenth season of the Indian reality TV show MTV Roadies, produced by Banijay Asia. The show also welcomes the return of gang leader Prince Narula, along with new gang leaders Gautam Gulati and Rhea Chakraborty. MTV Roadies Karm Ya Kaand auditions were held on April 13, 2023 in Chandigarh, April 15, 2023 in Delhi, April 20, 2023 in Indore, and April 22, 2023 in Pune. During her audition performance, she wowed the gang leaders by performing 5 squats while carrying Prince Narula on her shoulders. Her opponent Shuly Nadar did six squats while carrying Gautam Gulati on his back.Twinkle Chourasia was won by Gautam Gulati with a prize of 2100 Roadiums.She joined Gautam Gulati’s gang.
